The Part Exchange Scheme is not
currently available on any properties.
When available, Pentland Homes’ Part Exchange Scheme is offered on selected developments throughout Kent with the benefit of buying a new Pentland Home without the worry of getting caught up in a chain, knowing that the sale of your existing home is guaranteed.
How does it work?
Pentland Homes will guarantee* to buy your property from you at an agreed price when you choose to buy a new Pentland Home, on the condition that the value of your present home is at least 30% less than the property you intend to purchase. Once your reservation form has been completed and your deposit has been taken and to ensure that you receive a fair price, our corporate business agency will act on behalf of Pentland Homes by commissioning three independent valuations on your property based upon a sale within six weeks.
Upon receipt of the valuations, Pentland Homes will make you an offer of up to 95% of the chosen valuation and, provided you are in agreement with the offer, the nominated agent will commence marketing your home straight away. All we ask is that you assist us in finding a buyer by giving us as much reasonable access as required*. Should a buyer be found for your home whilst you are still in occupation, and he/she/they then progress to completion, we will offer you a £500 cash back as a thank you.
Whatever you decide to do, you will receive the full backing and support of both our corporate business agency and us (Pentland Homes) if you decide to use our part exchange scheme. Many customers choose part exchange schemes because they do not want the worry of being in a chain or the waste of time that this involves.
