Light, spacious and energy efficient – introducing the Stirling and the Lincoln

Stirling dining areaKent housebuilder, Pentland Homes, has launched two new house types at Bayeuxfields, its award winning housing development located in Terlingham Village, which incorporates a mix of traditional and contemporary design to create striking new homes at affordable prices.

Priced at £249,950, the three-bedroom semi-detached properties, ‘Lincoln’ and ‘Stirling’ are arranged over three floors with integral garages. Each property type is unique in its design both inside and out. Both have distinct striking façades which combine timber weatherboard, brickwork and glass, giving a contemporary look, whilst retaining elements of traditional Kent design.

On the ground floor, both the Lincoln and the Stirling have a spacious open plan kitchen/dining area, cloakroom and integral garage with underfloor heating running throughout, and a living area, bedroom and family bathroom on the first floor. The top floor differs in each house type – the Lincoln comprises two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and the Stirling has a master bedroom with ensuite and a second double bedroom. All are finished to an extremely high standard with top-quality specification and integrated appliances.

Of particular note is the galleried dining area in the Stirling and glazing above which creates light throughout the property and a flow between the first floor living room and the dining area beneath. Not only does the use of glazing create light, but it enhances each home’s spaciousness. Pentland’s innovative glass design also provides architectural grandeur – imaginatively planned, the area can be transformed from a functional day room to a superb evening entertaining space where one can dine with a night sky backdrop.

In both the Lincoln and Stirling, all three floors have the principal rooms taking advantage of Bayeuxfields far reaching views, especially the top floor’s south facing master bedroom, which boasts spectacular views of the sea and on a clear day you can see Dungeness. All rooms are well proportioned and are finished to an extremely high standard with top-quality specification and built in wardrobes.

Enhancing the properties further are their environmentally friendly qualities. The homes are installed with an energy efficient condensing boiler and solar photovoltaic panels fitted in the roof. Low energy downlighters are also featured in the kitchens and bathrooms.

Janet Burnell, sales and marketing director of Pentland Homes, comments: “The environmental features are designed to improve the efficiency and performance of the homes, and as energy prices continue to rise, this is becoming a more important consideration for buyers. Not only do these houses benefit from being energy efficient, but their interior layouts offer a flexible use of space which means that they can be adapted to suit growing families, giving the properties a sense of longevity. Without a doubt these are some of the best three-bedroom, three-storey homes I have seen.”

Terlingham Village is located on the crest of the North Downs, just three miles from the coastal resort of Folkestone which has a fast rail link to St Pancras as well as the Channel Tunnel terminal for easy access to the continent. The M20 is just two miles away and provides access to London to the north, and the port of Dover to the South.

Bayeuxfields offers a range of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom semi-detached and terraced homes with prices starting from £169,000. The Pentland Homes sales office at Bayeuxfields is open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm.

Hepburn Cottage

Family life is set to return to Henbury Manor

Over the last century, Henbury Manor, a former country house in the heart of the Elham Valley, has been subject to great change from its original use as a private family home, to a label production warehouse and dress making business. Sadly it was destroyed by a fire in the seventies, but it’s now been brought back to life.

One hundred years on, Kent based developer, Pentland Homes, has revived the plot’s historical past and returned it to its initial purpose of a family estate. Henbury Manor is now a development of six new family homes, arranged around a courtyard setting.

The homes at Henbury Manor feature attractive external features including a mixture of brickwork, timber, flint and weatherboard to reflect their Kent heritage, whilst inside, each property is slightly different in size, design and layout to suit different family requirements. Pentland Homes has paid close attention to detail and history by building the new houses near to the manor’s original footprint as well keeping the cedar tree and Monkey-puzzle tree still rooted in the grounds and the Rhododendrons lining the drive, which were planted by the original owner in the early 1930s.

All of the homes have been individually styled and designed to complement the existing properties in the village and are finished to an exceptionally high standard.

Prices at Henbury Manor range from £565,000 to £690,000.

Demand still high for spacious homes at Bayeuxfields

Disproving the notion that new homes are lacking in size and storage space, Pentland Homes’ spacious two, three and four-bedroom properties at Bayeuxfields in Hawkinge are attracting downsizers looking to release equity in their homes, without compromising on space.

Pentland Homes has recently released the final phase of homes for sale at Bayeuxfields, with prices starting from £163,000, which are attracting buyers from all over the UK and beyond.

“We’ve had buyers from as far as France and Wales who are looking to free up equity in their homes, but don’t want to feel like they’re downsizing too much,” says Janet Burnell, sales and marketing director at Pentland Homes. “Buyers appreciate the fact that the homes are spacious and excellent value for money, with high quality finishes and no extra charge for integrated appliances, for example.”

Pentland’s two-bedroom homes, which start from £163,000, are also proving very popular with first-time buyers. Janet adds: “Because of their size, the two-bedroom properties don’t feel like starter homes. We’re getting a lot of enquiries from potential buyers who’ve been recommended by their friends who’ve already bought at Bayeuxfields. Our homes offer fantastic value located in an area with excellent transport links into London and the continent, which adds to their appeal.”

Pentland Homes will be launching a new show home on 11th June – the three-bedroom detached ‘Lewes’ which includes three double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and two featuring fitted wardrobes, priced from £209,950.

They are also opening another two bedroom ‘Walmer’ home as a ‘walk-through’ unit. The sales office and show homes are open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm.

For further information on the homes for sale at Bayeuxfields, please contact the sales office on 01303 893080.

There are plenty of reasons to buy a new home, and here are some of the best...

A fresh start

A new home is fresh, bright and clean, untouched by previous owners and their dodgy DIY! It provides a blank canvas on which to stamp your own style and personality from day one.

The price is right

Pentland Homes price their homes to sell swiftly, particularly in these competitive times. Keen prices provide unbeatable value for money.

Greener and cheaper

Today’s new homes are built to the latest environmental standards, so they are not only better for the planet but cheaper to run. They are much more energy efficient and generate 60% less carbon dioxide emissions than older homes. This can reduce utility bills by more than £500 a year.

Less chain, less hassle

You can move into a new home as soon as it is complete. There’s no need to wait for existing owners to move out. This reduces the house buying chain and the stress and uncertainty that is often associated with moving, particularly into a second-hand home.

More for your money

New homes are built to a much higher specification than the majority of older homes so you get more for your money. They have central heating, double-glazing and high standards of roof, floor and wall insulation all included in the price. Standard features also usually include fitted kitchens with integrated appliances and stylish bathrooms and cloakrooms, many en suite.

Peace of mind

The quality of housebuilding construction and service has grown significantly in recent years with almost 90% of home buyers declaring themselves satisfied with their new homes in the most recent industry survey. Many housebuilders also provide a comprehensive customer-care service and added peace of mind is provided by the 10 year warranty issued by organisations such as the National House-Building Council.

Spoilt for choice

New homes offer something for everyone. There are countless designs and styles to choose from in all price ranges. Many builders offer a bespoke service to choose decorations, fixtures and fittings or extra items at an additional cost. This can include flooring, interior design or even garden landscape service. And fully furnished show homes and sales complexes, staffed by helpful sales advisers and often open seven days a week, can make it much easier to choose the home of your dreams.

A wise investment

Owning a new home could well be one of the best investments you could ever make and provide a comforting nest egg for the future. But it’s important not to overstretch your finances or speculate on short term price rises. Of course, house prices can go up or down but it’s easy to see why so many people feel that buying a new home, particularly with all the help that builders can provide, was their best move ever.

Churchill School pupils don their hard hats for safety lesson with Pentland Homes

Churchill SchoolAs part of National Child Safety Week, Kent based property developer, Pentland Homes, spent the day educating year six pupils from The Churchill School in Hawkinge about construction site safety, and took them to visit Bayeuxfields, to observe the already popular site in the final phase of its development.

In her school visit, Kay Martin, Pentland Homes’ health and safety manager, began the day by leading the Key Stage 2 assembly with a talk about health and safety on a construction site. One of the children was then dressed up in PPE (personal protective equipment) and the children discussed why such clothing and equipment is so important on a building site.

Following the assembly, 30 pupils walked down to the construction site at Bayeuxfields to observe the new development in its various stages. This included a visit to the landscaped area, where the children explored a wartime defence hideout called a “Pill Box” which was preserved from a WWII aerodrome; they then discussed what builders do to protect historical features, wildlife and the environment. They also visited the show home and talked about society’s housing needs and the elements that go into designing a home, as well as different construction methods and materials. Finally, they witnessed a crane lifting the roof trusses into place on one of the homes.

The Churchill School’s deputy head, Paul Newton was so impressed, he is going to run the day again next year, he said: “We are keen to encourage opportunities to discuss real work place situations, with a view to future careers, particularly for the older children. Everyone has learned a lot about the history of the area and thoroughly enjoyed their visit to the construction site.”

Kay Martin concludes: “We’ve all had a great day and we hope that we might have inspired some of the pupils to consider the construction industry as a career, as well as teaching them about the health and safety issues in our work place.”

New homes in Kent defy stereotype with double the space of average newly built home

Westbourne Heights showhomeBritain’s new homes industry is often criticised for building houses that are too small, and the debate on quality and size of new homes shows no signs of abating. However, some developers are challenging the critics, creating spacious, flexible and sustainable developments. Indeed, even the smallest three bedroom house at Westbourne Heights, a new development by Pentland Homes in Coolinge Lane, Folkestone, is 500 sq ft larger than the average newly built home, at approx 1,302 sq ft.

Janet Burnell, sales and marketing director of Pentland Homes, comments: "New homes often undergo criticism for being cramped, but we have defied that concept by creating spacious, open plan, light and bright houses. We look at the needs of our purchasers and consider their lifestyles – whether that’s families with teenage children who want their own space, or professionals who want flexible rooms so they can work from home; our interiors are designed to maximise space, with different layouts to suit a variety of purchasers."

Westbourne Heights offers a striking mix of 13 spacious three, four and five bedroom family homes, built using traditional materials to reflect its Kent location, with a mix of red brick and timber weatherboard rendering with double height glazing, creating striking looking homes. Situated in a leafy setting alongside playing fields, and both families and downsizers alike have been keen to purchase.

Inside, homes incorporate a variety of size and layouts, some have kitchen / dining areas with separate living rooms, and some have expansive open plan kitchen / dining / family rooms. Rooms are awash with light from the double height glazing which creates a sense of grandeur.

Every property is finished to an exceptionally high standard. Kitchens are fully fitted with a choice of curved stone worktops – the latest design for kitchens - and units from the Pentland range. Integrated appliances such as double electric oven, five burner gas hob, microwave, full height fridge, full height freezer and dishwasher are all included too. Bathrooms and en-suites include crisp white sanitary ware and heated towel rails.

Westbourne Heights benefits from excellent communication links with easy access to the M20 for London and Dover, and Folkestone West mainline railway station within walking distance. With the new high speed rail link, journey times to London are less than an hour. The nearby Eurotunnel shuttle service means that France is just 35 minutes away.

Prices at Westbourne Heights start from approximately £294,995 for a three bedroom home.

Buyers flock to spacious homes in sought after location

The development offers a striking mix of 13 spacious three, four and five bedroom family homes in a leafy setting alongside playing fields, and both families and downsizers alike have been keen to purchase.

Janet Burnell, sales and marketing director of Pentland Homes, comments: "Coolinge Lane is a sought-after location, and we have created a range of two and three storey homes which appeal to a variety of people. New homes often undergo criticism for being cramped, but we have defied that concept by creating spacious, open plan, light and bright houses which is why they’ve proved popular."

Pentland Homes anticipates bustling East Kent property market in 2010 with renewed confidence and CTRL opening

Pentland Homes has seen a busy autumn at Bayeuxfields, its award winning property development in Hawkinge, Nr. Folkestone, Kent, with a number of sales, and is anticipating a positive start to 2010, not only at Bayeuxfields, but across the East Kent region. The company believes that the new CTRL link which opens this December, offering fast links from Folkestone to London St Pancras, will be good news for the local housing market in 2010, as a whole new area opens up to the commuter market.

Janet Burnell, sales and marketing director of Pentland Homes, comments: “This time last year, the outlook for 2009 was bleak; however, we have achieved a steady level of sales at good prices at Bayeuxfields throughout the year. One of the difficulties earlier in the year was for those who wanted to buy here but had problems selling their existing property. We overcame that by offering an ‘Early Bird’ scheme whereby we help buyers to market their existing property by arranging the HIP, appointing and maintaining contact with the estate agents, and assisting with its sale.

“We are now seeing a return to buyer confidence as the property market has made a quicker than anticipated upturn. Although there are big differences in opinion as to whether the economy is recovering and some reports of a ‘double dip’, prices have stabilised in East Kent, and the new CTRL link which will cut journey times from Folkestone to London significantly from 98 minutes to 63 minutes, gives the area much broader appeal, so we expect to see house prices increasing as the area becomes commutable.

“We will be launching a selection of two and three bedroom houses at Bayeuxfields in the spring market, which are already drawing interest – two bedroom houses are particularly popular as a lot of buyers prefer a house to a flat and there is a lack of good two bedroom houses on the market in the area.

Pentland Homes is currently marketing a range of three and four bedroom homes at Bayeuxfields offering beautifully designed, spacious layouts and top quality specification.

Hawkinge is located on the crest of the North Downs, just three miles from the coastal resort of Folkestone. The CTRL link from Folkestone to St Pancras is set to launch in December 2009, significantly reducing journey times to London. The M20 is just two miles away and provides access to London to the north, and the port of Dover to the South.

Prices of the three bedroom family homes at Bayeuxfields start from £249,995, whilst four bedroom homes are priced from £270,000.  The sales office is open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm.

Pentland Homes will also be launching a new development in Folkestone in February 2010, Westbourne Heights, which incorporates 13 three, four and five bedroom homes priced from approximately £330,000. For further information on both Bayeuxfields and Westbourne Heights, please contact the sales office on Tel: 01303 893080 or explore the information available on this website.

Saggers bowled over by Bayeuxfields

Martin SaggersKent and England cricketer, Martin Saggers, may be best known for his fast bowling, but the successful sportsman shares another passion; property, having studied architecture at University. Saggers recently took a moment out of his busy cricket schedule to take a different kind of Test at Bayeuxfields, Pentland Homes’ new development in Hawkinge, Kent.

The award winning developer is supporting Saggers in his benefit year, so thought they’d invite him to Bayeuxfields to see if he still has an eye for architecture. The scheme did not disappoint. On seeing the four bedroom 'Windsor' show house, Saggers was extremely impressed, he said: "It’s so refreshing to see a change from the stereotypical new build home. There’s so much space and light, and the stone floors in the show home give it a kind of Mediterranean villa feel. You can just see and feel the quality as you walk around, and I love the mix of traditional and contemporary styles. What’s great about Pentland too, is that they really do interact with the customer – for example, if you want to personalise your property by changing the layout, you can. New homes developers should certainly take a leaf out of their book!"

Janet Burnell, Sales and Marketing Director of Pentland Homes, added: "We thought it would be great for Martin to come down to site and take a look at what we’ve done here; we knew he’d be impressed and are very glad that he was! Now we just wish him and the Kent County team luck for the rest of the season, and hope Martin continues his successful fundraising for his three chosen charities; Well Being of Women, Chance to Shine and The PCA Benevolent Fund."

Bayeuxfields is an award winning development with a range of three, four and five bedroom homes to suit different lifestyles. The four bedroom Windsor house type replicates traditional Kent style with materials such as white weather board and red brick, creating an elegant look. Inside, the ground floor features a spacious fitted kitchen which leads onto a utility room, a large, open plan living / dining area with French doors opening out in to the garden, as well as a study and cloak room. Upstairs, the large master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and fitted wardrobes. There are three further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Every home is finished to an extremely high standard with top-quality specification. Kitchens are fully fitted with integrated appliances and luxurious Silestone work tops, whilst bathrooms are finished with crisp white sanitary ware and a choice of luxury ceramic tiles. Most properties also have a double garage.

Prices of the four bedroom family homes at Bayeuxfields range from £250,000 to £367,500.  The sales office is open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm. For further information, please contact the sales office on Tel: 01303 893080

Traditional family homes launch at Bayeuxfields amidst a flurry of buyer activity

Pentland Homes is seeing an increase in activity as buyers return to the property market, and has sold a number of properties at its Bayeuxfields development in Hawkinge, Kent, in recent weeks. This activity is set to continue, with the launch of its much anticipated new four and five bedroom detached homes on Saturday, 26th June.

Janet Burnell, Sales and Marketing Director at Pentland Homes, comments: "We have recently seen a considerable increase in buyer activity as confidence appears to be returning to the market. With a variety of flexible purchasing options and signs that we are reaching the bottom of the market, those looking for a new home realise that now is a fantastic time to buy. As such, we are opening a new four bedroom show home, The Windsor, to mark the release of ten detached four and five bedroom homes, many of which return to a more traditional two-storey style of build and interior design, and are ideal for young families. There is a shortage of traditional family homes on the market, so coupled with the fact that confidence is returning, we expect a high demand for the new phase."

The aesthetically pleasing Windsor house type incorporates a mix of contemporary and traditional materials such as white weather board and red brick, creating an elegant look.

Prices of the four bedroom family homes at Bayeuxfields range from £290,000 to £367,500. Pentland Homes is currently offering to pay stamp duty and is including carpets and floor tiles in the purchase price.  The sales office is open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm. For further information, please contact the sales office on Tel: 01303 893080.

Persistence pays off in the desire for a quality home

Whilst the economic downturn has meant that property prices have been significantly reduced and there is an abundance of incentive offers from new homes developers, even in the current market, quality is key, and people will still go to great lengths to buy the house they desire.

One such couple, Richard and Hayley Jones from Folkestone, Kent, immediately fell in love with the show home at Pentland Homes’ development, Bayeuxfields in Terlingham Village, Hawkinge, and although it wasn’t for sale, it was the house they set their hearts on.

Richard Jones, a 44 year old sales manager for Darcy Environmental Products, says: “We had a three bedroom bungalow in Folkestone, but wanted more bedrooms and somewhere modern - we love the open plan layouts and fixtures and fittings in new build. We knew about Bayeuxfields as we lived in a Pentland home nearby prior to moving to Folkestone, so we were keen to have a look as we knew it would be good quality. When we saw the ‘Hever’ show home, we just fell in love with it. The design and layout was striking, with a huge open plan kitchen / living area, a separate study - ideal as I work from home quite a lot, three floors of living space, not to mention the top quality fixtures and fittings. We hadn’t seen a property quite like it before. Although it wasn’t for sale at that stage, we were desperate for the house and its interior design!

“We looked at other new developments, but nothing matched up, so we kept coming back to Pentland, our heart was set on the show home. Eventually, Pentland agreed to sell us the house, but at that stage, we didn’t have a buyer for our property. Also, the sales office would need to remain in our garden until the development is complete. We didn’t mind at all about having the sales office in the garden, it’s a very small sacrifice for such a wonderful house. We dropped the price on our house and luckily sold it to a cash buyer, which meant we could go ahead with the purchase – we were delighted!”

Hayley, a child liaison officer for Christchurch School in Folkestone, adds: “We love our new home, it was slightly more than we had budgeted for, but it is worth it – we have gained much more living space, and the quality is second to none. Also, it’s actually quite convenient to have the sales office in the garden so we can pop in and out. Pentland have been extremely helpful and co-operative, so it has all worked out well.”

The second phase at Bayeuxfields recently launched and offers a range of three, four and five bedroom homes all designed using a mix of contemporary and traditional materials to reflect their Kent setting.

Inside, properties offer a range of interior layouts over two or three floors, thoughtfully designed to suit a variety of needs. Some feature large open plan kitchen / dining rooms and a separate lounge, or a separate kitchen and lounge / dining room. Sumptuous master bedrooms incorporate ensuites and fitted wardrobes, and there is a range of bedroom and bathroom combinations to suit different purchasers.

Every home is finished to an extremely high standard with top-quality specification. Kitchens are fully fitted with integrated appliances, and bathrooms are finished with crisp white sanitary ware and a choice of luxury ceramic tiles.

Prices at Bayeuxfields start from £250,000 for a three bedroom home. Pentland Homes is currently offering to pay stamp duty and is including carpets and floor tiles in the purchase price. The sales office is open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm. For further information, please contact the sales office on Tel: 01303 893080.

The early bird catches the worm at Bayeuxfields

Pentland Homes had an abundance of visitors and several reservations at its recent show home opening weekend at Bayeuxfields in Hawkinge, Kent, with a number of purchasers taking advantage of its Early Bird Scheme, which assists buyers with marketing their existing property.

Janet Burnell, Sales and Marketing Director at Pentland Homes, comments: “For those who are nervous about putting their house on the market, the Early Bird Scheme is ideal, so several buyers have adopted it. For a small deposit which secures the home they want at Bayeuxfields, we help to market their existing property by arranging the HIP, appointing and maintaining contact with the estate agents, and assisting with its sale, which takes the hassle away.

“All our visitors have been extremely impressed with the new show home and those who have decided to buy are keen to proceed with their purchase. Many are growing families who want the extra space and rightly believe that now is a good time to buy. Although there is still economic uncertainty, it does appear that at last, some confidence is returning to the property market – the Nationwide figures which showed a price increase in March, coupled with an increase in mortgage approvals in February, should help to stimulate the market further.”

The new phase at Bayeuxfields offers a range of three, four and five bedroom homes all designed using a mix of contemporary and traditional materials to reflect their Kent setting.

Striking new show home set to attract array of visitors

Contrary to reports of a stagnant property market, Pentland Homes is seeing a hub of activity at Bayeuxfields, its development in Terlingham Village, Kent, with a number of reservations and increasing visitor levels which is set to continue with the much anticipated opening of its new show home on Saturday 21st March.

Janet Burnell, Sales and Marketing Director at Pentland Homes, comments: “There’s no denying that the market is tough at the moment, but there are a number of active buyers looking for a high-quality, good value property. The difficulty arises when purchasers are unable to sell their home, but we can help with our ‘early bird’ scheme which pays for estate agents fees and assists with the sale where possible.”

Janet continues: “Most of our sales come from people who have been here once before, and having seen the quality and location, are keen to buy a Pentland home. I’ve no doubt that visitors will be extremely impressed with the new show home, which is finished beautifully and is a true testament to the whole development. I believe it will particularly appeal to young professionals and families looking for flexible, modern and superior accommodation.”

The new show home, a four bedroom, three storey property, is simply stunning, providing ‘multi-purpose’ living space to suit a variety of lifestyles. The ground floor has an eye-catching kitchen / breakfast room featuring high gloss maroon Paula Rosa units, a feature that is standard in all of the new homes on the second phase, and is complemented by the fully glazed bay window at the rear of the kitchen, which lights up the whole room. The ground floor accommodation also features a cloak room, and a spacious living room which leads on to a glazed garden room, ideal for both winter and summer.

The first floor incorporates a sumptuous master bedroom with ensuite, two bedrooms and a family bathroom, whilst the top floor includes a further bedroom with ensuite bathroom and fitted wardrobes.

The second phase includes a range of three, four and five bedroom homes, all designed using a mix of contemporary and traditional materials with floor to ceiling glazing, timber weatherboarding, clay tile hanging, brickwork and colour rendering, creating striking new homes with light, spacious interiors.

Every home is finished to an extremely high standard with top-quality specification. Kitchens are fully fitted with integrated appliances, and bathrooms are finished with crisp white sanitary ware and a choice of luxury ceramic tiles.

Prices at Bayeuxfields start from £220,000 for a three bedroom home. The three storey, four-bedroom ‘Wentworth’ terraced homes similar to the show home start from £260,000. The four-bedroom ‘Sunningdale’ show house is priced at £275,000. Pentland Homes is currently offering to pay stamp duty and is including carpets and curtains in the purchase price. Flexible developer creates three generation living solution

For those coping with financial constraints and juggling work and children, multi-generational living has become an increasing solution, as with the Taylor’s and the Godfrey’s, who recently moved to Bayeuxfields, a Pentland Homes development in Hawkinge, Kent.

Julie Taylor, her husband, David, and their two children joined together with her parents, Penny and Mo Godfrey, to buy a new home for the whole family at Bayeuxfields which the developer re-designed to meet the family’s needs.

Julie explains: “We looked at the biggest plot on the development, a four bedroom detached house, and thought that if we could add an annexe, it would make the ideal home for all of us, so I emailed Pentland to see if they could do anything. They were happy to add the annex onto the existing house and came up with lots of suggestions and practical ideas. For example, we had an internal door fitted between the main house and the annex, and the kitchens are back to back so it can easily be converted back into one big house in the future. The whole process was really smooth, the architects just got on with it. When we saw the final product, we were so impressed with the build quality and finish, we just love it!”

Bayeuxfields is an award winning development with a range of properties to suit different lifestyles and Pentland Homes is happy to adapt its homes to suit buyers’ needs using the ‘FIT’ option.

Prices at Bayeuxfields start from £220,000 for a three bedroom home. The sales office is open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm. For further information, please contact the sales office on Tel: 01303 893080.
